Parental Guaranty requirement

:confused: Does any one know if a landlord can refuse to rent to an individual who is over 21 years old unless that renter has a signed "Parental Guaranty of Lease Obligation" form, and can the landlord require the parents SSN on the form?

Yes, landlords can require a guarantor and generally can require the guarantor's social security number.
