In September I rented a two bedroom apartment with a girl that I worked with. Because she didnt have good credit, I signed the lease, and my mother co-signed. Now, I want her evicted. What are my rights? What are hers? She has been late on payment (she pays me, and I pay the rent on time with or without her money) and she has brought in strangers to spend the night. Please help!

I'm not sure from your question what type of lease agreement she is on. Is she on the lease with the landlord, or is it a lease (written or oral) with you directly? If she is not on the lease, then she will be seen as your sub tenant and you can evict her for breaches of the lease.
But if she is on the lease with the landlord, then I think that the landlord will have to evict her
