At the bottom of many of our products, we have included the following language in the footer of the document, "ohiolandlordtenant.com - your source for landlord and tenant rights." This does not mean that the product is exclusive to Ohio. It is simply a way we brand our product. If you would like to remove the footer then you can do so in Microsoft Word fairly easily. Many of our products can be adapted for use in other states quite easily.
