You have purchased an electronic copy of one of our publications. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A HARD COPY OF THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED THROUGH THE MAIL OR OTHERWISE UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY PAID FOR A PRINTED COPY (which is more expensive than the electronic copy). A .pdf file is one that can be opened by Adobe Acrobat Reader. Almost all computers have Adobe Acrobat Reader already installed. If not, you can download and install the latest version at the following link:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html* (This is the link for acrobat reader)
If you have trouble opening the file then make sure the ".pdf" suffix is attached to the file name. If not, then you need to rename the file with the ".pdf" suffix. For example, a file named "threeday" would be renamed to "threeday.pdf". If you ordered a Word document then make sure the suffix ".doc" is appended to the file name. If not, then rename the file with the suffix ".doc" added. For example, "threeday" would become "threeday.doc" in order to open it up in Microsoft Word. We do not troubleshoot computers. We have sold hundreds of these publications and buyers can open, read and print them. If you can't then you need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you still can't then consider getting help using your computer from a knowledgeable source.*
