Here is an actual email message I received -
Hi,
I just paid with paypal for this download and received
a "Download Expired" message and a request for
additional downloads.
What???
Please tell me that I didn't just get ripped off. I
need the information, and I paid for it.
Please help me get the How to Break a Lease
information that I paid for.

We have an automated delivery process for all of our pdf/digital downloads. Very rarely will we have a glitch in the system. So if things don't work out perfectly or instanteously, don't worry. You are not getting ripped off.
Please don't send an email alleging that you are getting ripped off. I'm not sure why people immediately jump to this conclusion without giving the seller an opportunity to address the problem. We generally address these issues immediately or withing a few hours of receiving notice of a problem. Please be patient and we will remedy whatever may have gone wrong.
