Hello,
My fiance and I are in an apartment and under the second lease which was for 12 months signed in May. The apartment complex changed hands and is now run by another entity. The new management has changed to low-income housing, but we are still under our old lease. They are saying we may have to move. We are expecting our first child in December and have no easy way to find a new home. Can they evict us in this instance?
