I am new Land Lord and my question is how long does it take to get a bad renter out of your property? I know the page that tells me how to do a 3 day eviction and have read it. My question is for other Land Lords out there is realisticly if I go by the book with a 3 day notice how long can I realisicly expect for the law to come and get some one out?

Any tips or "tricks" would be appreciated too in case I would have to face this problem.
