I am living in Ohio, with my 2 year old daughter and Fiance", We live in a 5 unit apartment building, and have a two bedroom apartment. Let me just say we are not dirty people we are actually neat freaks and I am very erked at our situation. We have a Very bad mice problem the lanlord just buys Glue traps and lays them down we have caught 7 in 3 days!!! But won't do anything else about it I think they are infested in this building, but he claims we are the only ones with the problem. Also we had neighbors that just moved out from right next door to us and they had two cats and we never had a problem til they had moved. This has been going on for a little over a month now. I am very concerned of health issues and these pesky little creatures along with my daughters sake.What are my rights as a tenant? also we are not on a lease any more it was up last August, and they want to raise our rent to $625.00 a month before winter hits because our heat is included. but I feel they need to resolve this issue before i pay more rent . Any suggestions? Thank you Janice
