Are landlords aloud to raise the late fee to $5.00/day it's late when it states in the contract that the late fees will be $20.00/week?

n Ohio, landlords are bound by the terms of the leases that they sign with the tenants, and so long as that lease still has time left on it, the landlord and the tenant will have to live by its provisions, including late fees.
