If an employee claims back pain, and still comes to work....should the other employees who have to help him do his work have the right to see doctors notes???? the job requires lifting, and he claims he cant do this

No other employees do not have the right to see his doctor's notes

then how do i know that he is really unable to do his work?????? he comes to work like all other employees, yet doesnt have to do his share of the heavy lifting.....we (other employees) , are asked to pick up his slack.....you would think he would willingly show the doctors note

That employee has a right to privacy from other employees in his medical records.
