how do I go about getting a motorhome towed off of rental property? It is unregistered, has no tags. Do I have to give an amount of time to register before towing? Do I have to give the tenant a written notice with ? days to register or remove? it is a month to month verbal rental agreement. thank you

If you don't have a written lease then this would not appear to be a lease violation. If you would like to add this to your verbal agreement then you need to give 30 days written notice that this is prohibited. After the provision goes into effect then I believe you would have to give 30 days notice to the tenant to correct the problem. If it is still not corrected then you give the 3 day notice to evict and proceed with an eviction.
