Here is my story. I have a person that was interested in my house and she came to sign the lease and i told her she had to have 950 to get in. She told me that she only had 500 at the time and i told her that i would not let her sign the lease with only 500. I told her i would hold the money as a deposit and she then asked me if she could move a few things in. I said that would be ok as long as she did not move in untill i got the remaining 450 and she signed the lease. she said ok. two days later she is living there. what can i legaly do to get her out? we had a verbal agreement that she would not move in and she did. please help.

I ***ume that this is concerning Ohio law and that the $950 was 1st month's rent and security deposit. If she fails to pay the remainder of what is owing which I ***ume would be rent then you could bring an eviction action against her. Consider our guide to Ohio evictions for help in the eviction process:

The other catch is that i have someone that would like to buy the house and i need to get her out before the end of the month. Is there any legal action that i can take besides eviction because she broke our verbal contract that she wasent sopposed to move in? I think she is trying to screw me. Thanks.

If she moved in and broke a condition of the lease (your agreement) then really the only option is to proceed with an eviction. Of course, you can always offer her $$$ to move out.
