If me and my fellow employees job requires all of su to lift heavy objects, and one of the employees claims to have back pain and says that he is going to a chiropractor, should the other workers have to help do his share of the work without being able to see the "doctors notes" that said employee claims he showed to management??? I think not, and have repeatedly asked to be shown the note. One manager refuses to say whether or not such a note exists, another says he saw a note but no copy of the note is at work, etc
