What is the law behind disposing of personal property left after eviction. Renters where not present when baliff showed up and left all of their belongings? I have called them two days straight to make arrangements for them to pick stuff up. No response.
In Ohio, do I have the legal right to dispose the belongings or do I have to keep for 30 days?
