Bugs

I own many rentals. I have one trailer rented to a young woman who before each month the rent is due she finds a problem. Which i have been fixing. This month she says she now has bugs. She is not sure what kind. There where no bugs at all in the trailer when she moved in 9 months ago. She does have 2 dogs in there and I am not sure how clean she is. It is my job to get rid if the bugs or should she by some spray and "bomb" the place.

If the bugs were there prior to the tenant moving in then I would say you would have to deal with the problem. If the tenant caused the bug problem then the tenant should deal with it; however, it would be a minimal cost so you may want to take care of it.
