I filed a motion to compel document/discovery information and there wasn't a place for the Judge to sign the order.
This wasn't included in any of the many packets of forms I have purchased and didn't come up until I received a call from the local clerks office. (Stark County)
The form used was a "Judgement Entry", maybe this can be added to the sets for sale where it is pertinent.
