Return Refund Policy

If the transmission is defective, so that you do not receive the complete and legible pages, you are entitled to re-submit for an additional copy, or you may have the materials directly e-mailed to you upon request to customer service. You are entitled to a complete refund if you do not receive the materials within 3 days of your e-mailed request. You are not entitled to a refund on grounds that you wanted more detailed instructions for your particular case; for greater detail, you should retain an attorney for your particular case, who can then tailor the legal information to your circumstances and goals.

Privacy Disclosure Statement

Your credit card information does not come to the attorney. We do not see your card information, at all. We are only told that the transaction went through. Your card information only goes directly to the Secured Server, which arranges for the transfer of funds from your credit card bank to the law office bank. It then confirms to you and to the law firm that the money has been paid, or advises that the card is overdrawn. Your privacy is secure.

The credit card information will not be distributed to marketing firms.

No refunds will be given because you thought you ordered hard copy/printed books. All sales are for electronic files unless you specifically purchase the hard copy edition at an additional cost.
