Why purchase this agreement and guide book?

In Ohio, prenuptial agreements and antenuptial agreements are the same thing. Both are contracts entered into between a man and a woman in contemplation, and in consideration, of their future marriage whereby the property rights and economic interests of either the prospective wife or husband, or both, are determined and set forth in such instrument. Gross v. Gross (1984), 11 Ohio St. 3d 99, at 102; 464 N.E.2d 500.
